Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside south of Sarthe, our renovated house with exposed beams and fireplace, has all the comforts you need for pleasant moments. Not overlooked, a large enclosed courtyard, tuffeau stone outbuildings, grassy area, allows you to park several cars. At the foot of the Bercé Forest, 27 km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the house is located in the heart of the Loire Valley with its 300 km of banks. Discount for entries to La Flèche Zoo.

Beautiful gîte located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest to stroll and observe the animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.

Gas barbecue loan possible.

Being in a campsite, your arrival cannot be after 8:30 p.m. out of respect for the clientele.
