Our 30 m2 studio located in the L'Alpage residence in Saint-Chaffrey is within walking distance of the slopes. It consists of a sleeping area with a 140 x 190 bed, a living room with a new sofa bed with easy-to-use and comfortable French Rapido system. A shower room with toilet and washing machine. Finally, there is a ski locker next to the studio and a southwest facing terrace that is not overlooked. Amenities within walking distance, ski shuttle 2-min walk. Linens and towels NOT PROVIDED

The Chalet des Tartalys is located on the heights of Serre Chevalier 1350, 750 m from the start of the ski slopes. Facing south, the bay window overlooking the terrace and garden will allow you to fully enjoy the sunny climate of the region. The entrance to the building and garage are shared but the 126 m2 accommodation has all the features of a real chalet. The living room, like the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, are spacious and the decor is neat.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Come and recharge your batteries in our ground floor apartment. Refurbished with quality materials, you can rest or enjoy the surrounding activities. A 10-minute walk to the Prorel ski lift, the apartment has a parking space in front of the house. Very well equipped, you can take advantage of the appliances provided or small appliances to make fondue or raclette. The kitchen will delight you with its convenience.
