The apartment has a large living room, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace overlooking the street which can sometimes be a little noisy with traffic. The bay windows are double glazed and the open kitchen is fully equipped.

Come and stay in this beautiful, very bright two-room located on the top floor (3rd floor without elevator) of a beautiful Parisian building. Close to the Théâtre de Boulogne, public transport is easy, metro line 10 (Boulogne Jean-Jaurès) and bus 52 will take you to the center of Paris. Roland Garros is also a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

This is the apartment where I live and that I make available during the holidays. It's quiet. At the foot of bus stops that take you to the train station St-Cloud, line L towards Saint-Lazare. Underground parking is available. Shops (Franprix and small casino) are a 10-minute walk away maximum. I provide the sheets. Bath towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done when you leave the apartment.
