Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Denis

The studio is small but well arranged and nicely decorated. We were hosted well by Samira and communication with her was pleasant, she always responded very quickly especially when we arrived which is very much appreciated

We stayed at the accommodation with 10 people. We would also agree with the hosts that the accommodation is generally suitable for 9 people. Here's what to know: The house is quite audible. If everyone has a similar rhythm, that's not a problem. It would be nice to hang and put clothes in all rooms. In 2 rooms, only one was possible. Amenities are generally as described. Nice kitchen, enough dishes, comfortable beds, good location. Caroline always responded very quickly (max. 15 minutes), was very solution-oriented and always very friendly😀 Thanks for that!🫶🏽

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a wonderful location need shops and restaurants. Uber rides were only 20 to 30 min from the major attractions. Highly recommend for families.

Great stay, nice walk along the river to get to the station, with a quick train into central Paris. Lovely spacious rooms, the pool was great and Nathalie was very welcoming!

The apartment is very well located, close to the center of Enghien-Les-Bains, the train station and the lake. No need to take the car! It has the charm of the old with hardwood floors, high ceilings. I recommend it!

Pleasant, secure, impeccable accommodation and really suitable for stays with children. Isabelle is an easy contact host. I recommend this listing and keep the address in a corner if I need to come back to the area!

Our stay went very well (family of 4 adults), Mickaël’s place was clean, had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay and it’s close to the Metro station, restaurants and grocery shops. We had a small issue with the kettle which was addressed quickly. I’d say that the bathroom entrance is quite tiny so not suitable for taller people with long legs. It’s also not the most soundproof building so we could hear neighbours talking upstairs during the night.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline's place in St Mande. There was a lovely woods nearby and easy access to city centre, ground floor location was perfect for our little boy. Caroline was very helpful at all times, would love to return in future Eoin, Martha and Michael

Everything was great. Raph responded immediately to questions and was a great host. You could easily reach the RER on foot! Everything is super and always happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
