The garden has large open grassy spaces plus tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach.

Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.
