Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, comfortable and cosy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is laid out in front so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a composting toilet. Enchanting surroundings 🍃

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large terraces to enjoy the calm. 7 km from Guéret and at the foot of the Chabrières forest, ideal for hiking, trail and mountain biking (700 km marked).
