Dovecote transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18m2 (attention many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the property's grounds with a furnished relaxation area for eating and lounging.
