Maison en bois située sur les hauteurs de St Etienne de Montluc proche du bourg et de la gare. A 15 km de Nantes et 35 mn de la mer. A 5 mn en voiture du Campus Energy Formation GRDF et du Campus de Formation ENEDIS. Entrée complètement indépendante de notre maison mais qui se trouve dans notre jardin. Elle dispose d'une cuisine toute équipée et d'une agréable pièce à vivre. Chambre et mezzanine avec bureau à l'étage. Parking sécurisé au pied de la maison. Quartier très calme et paisible.

Take a break, relax in this former workshop, former creative, DIY cabin. I deliberately keep the spirit simple of all amenities, back to basics, take the time, without complication. In the center of my garden, the cabin is placed in the cool shade of the linden tree, with the song of the birds, the knock-knock-knock of the green woodpecker, the flight of the storks… a quiet stay. Very quiet place in the countryside, easy to discover, near Nantes, not far from the Côte d'Amour.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The studio is very well arranged, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge, combined microwave/rotating heat oven, toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo and kettle). The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140 x 200 bed, an AndroidTV, a wardrobe and a dining table and a shower room. Non-smoking accommodation.
