Spacious newly renovated three bed gite with large pool, a very large enclosed garden and spectacular views over the Gironde estuary and their protected marshland all the way to the sea at Royan. The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining area which overlook the estuary. The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach

Shops 5 min, swimming in the Charente 15 min, ocean 40 min, Cognac 30 min, distillery 10 m, forest walk 300 m. Great for exploring the Charente-Maritime. Relax in this unique and quiet cottage, in the heart of the Gironde estuary marshes, a natural and wild setting, but nevertheless located only 20 minutes from the first beaches of Meschers-sur-Gironde. Terrace, barbecue and garden furniture available. Estuary view. Walks, hikers and cyclists, on the marsh trails. Only 1km from Port Maubert and 5 min from Port de Mortagne sur Gironde. 40 mins from Saintes or Royan. 1 hour from Bordeaux.
