"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking view

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A large villa suitable for families (we have 2 children aged 4 and 6) as well as animals (we have a dog, the grounds are completely enclosed). There are many recreational facilities (heated pool, spa, cabanas, billiards, darts, fire pit...), the villa is located in the countryside, the large grounds (4000 m²) allow you to be really quiet. Finally, the breathtaking view allows you to unwind with peace of mind

Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.
