Stay 50 meters from the beach.

Important: The studio is for sale. I may therefore have to show it to them (about 5 minutes), giving you advance notice and avoiding early in the morning or late in the evening. It is perfectly located, 50 metres from the beach! The village is very authentic, between Trouville and Honfleur. You can get there on foot via the beach. You will be able to prepare your meals there. There is a mini-market 100 metres away and supermarkets 5 km away. The bed is convertible but made for permanent use.

Beautiful 2-room duplex, ideally located in the heart of the Deauville Marina. Our apartment has been completely renovated (July 2020). The beach, the city center and the train station are within walking distance (between 5 and 10 minutes walk). Guests can take advantage of the south-facing terrace, heated, and sheltered from the wind. There is free parking at the entrance to the Marina. Guaranteed relaxation by the water!
