Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Want to get out in nature? You are only a 2-minute walk from the Courtille pond, perfect for a walk or a relaxing time. Mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Maupuy site. The high school is also a one-minute walk away.

Charming little Creusois cottage

A cozy little cottage where it's nice to land after a long walk in the forest or after going around the pond of the mill. The house consists on the first level of a spacious dining room with kitchenette, a living room with solid hardwood and stone wall. As well as a separate shower room and toilet. On the second floor, there is a huge bedroom with a double bed and an alcove with a single bed (a cot can be added if required).

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
