The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

A HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE. (open from 1 April to 15 October) From the beginning of July to the end of August, arrivals are only on Saturdays and departures on Friday or Saturday. Ideal for a family stay, this charming house of character will offer you all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Completely renovated, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m², it will allow you to enjoy the beach located 4 km away and the harbor of St Germain.

Cottage on the edge of the harbor

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has three bedrooms, the first with a 140*190 bed. The second has two single 90*190 beds that can be brought together. The third is equipped with a bunk bed and a baby bed. Its washing machine, TV and appliances give a modern side to this cottage that we wanted to be simple. Everything is on a fenced plot with barbecue, 2 children's bikes, a trailer for toddlers and adult mountain bikes.

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
