Located in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region, between Blois and Chambord, this renovated 40 m² flat for 2 people is on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance, an enclosed courtyard and a parking space. Quiet area, easily accessible, 10 minutes from the A10 motorway exit and also from the historic centre of Blois, 5 minutes' walk from shops (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, tobacconist). The south bank of the Loire and access to the Loire à Vélo cycle path are close to the property.

In the centre of Cellettes, a small village crossed by its river and with 18 châteaux and manor houses. Close to Beauregard (1 km), Cheverny (6 km), Blois (8 km), Chaumont-sur-Loire (17 km), Chambord (18 km), Amboise (34 km) and Chenonceau (40 km), not to mention the Beauval Zoo (one of the most beautiful zoos in the world). The Loire à vélo cycle paths: also a real asset for our beautiful region.

In the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux, a charming old house set in a 5,000 m² park. You can enjoy the heated swimming pool from 15 April (shared with the owners and another cottage) A jacuzzi is also available from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm for a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature (all year round, optional). In the park, a "play" chalet with lots of toys is available, including a trampoline, table tennis table and table football. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available as an option.

For your information, we prefer to specify that we will not be able to welcome you personally because we live in Brittany but we remain of course available at any time and a key box allows easy access to the accommodation.
