Nice little semi-detached house but with separate access and a back garden that is not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the premises with the possibility of rubbing shoulders with the 3 donkeys of the house. 1 bedroom with the possibility of a baby bed and a sofa bed in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Close to shops (supermarket 1 km away – pharmacy – bakery, etc.). Close to Timadeuc Abbey and its cheese, Josselin, Vannes...

For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants' footsteps from above can be disturbing.

Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and various family-friendly activities (amusement parks, tree climbing...)
