Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.
