It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

Renovated gîte in a typical house on the banks of the Loire, 10 minutes from Angers, which can accommodate 4 people. A wooden walkway leads to a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining and relaxation areas. The stilt terrace overlooks the countryside, ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. Upstairs, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 beds convertible into king size bed, one shower room. Perfect for a business stay, vacation or a relaxing break.

"Bord de Loire" apartment located at Pointe de Bouchemaine, former sailors' village with its restaurants overlooking the Loire. 25 m2 accommodation located on the 1st floor, bright and nicely decorated in a cozy style, offers you all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

La Pointe Windmill Tower

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums and Terrabotanica are just a few minutes away by car. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
