Lovely little townhouse with lovely garden, located in a residential area close to the Conservatory. Two bedrooms on the first floor, and living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. Outdoor garden not overlooked with small pool to cool off, and BBQ. Tastefully decorated this house is a small art gallery, bringing together personal works, photographs, and travel objects. PARKING available in front of garage. Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
