Cozy cottage for 5/6 people in a very quiet and green residential area of St Jean de Luz. Small garden with deckchairs, barbecue and terrace. 10' walk from the large beach of Saint Jean de Luz, 15' walk from the port and Place Louis XIV; 15 km from Spain (Ibardin, Behobia, etc.), 15 km from Biarritz and 20 km from Bayonne. Numerous opportunities for water sports and hiking or biking near the house. House on 3 levels separated by a few steps.

The Hendaye Cottage

Duplex detached villa in the Basque-French style in development with community pool. Access from the gated and private parking lot. Living/kitchen, with TV and sofa bed, and terrace of 30 meters (south orientation) to sunbathe and enjoy a good barbecue with family!. Also board games and movies. Meanwhile, on the top floor, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a loft, with a double bed. Also the full bathroom with a bathtub.

The house is close to many shops (shopping center, bakery, pharmacy, medical center). The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Possibility to park for free. Bus station 500 meters away. Chateau de Caradoc at 500 meters with large park and children's playground.
