Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 13 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating as well as cable TV. In addition, a private sauna and a shared gym are available for your use.

The holiday apartment Mountain Suite No. 101 with step-free access and barrier-free facilities is located in Großarl and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 76 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A communal sauna is available for you. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.

The 10 KM Hochkeil ski area is 500 M AWAY;the 120 KM Hochkönig ski area is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.
