This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and so relaxing! I booked this listing for a weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back in the near future!

Had a great stay, place looks even better than the pictures because there is updated flooring (no more carpet). Good number of toys for the kids. If you're going to Florida for the beach, this place is perfect. So convenient having a place right on the ground floor.

After a very long work week David’s place was a sight for sore eyes. My kids loved the loft area they said it felt like they had their private villa. 5/5!!

Very clean and relaxing

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

We had a wonderful day at Kristi’s place! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated and incredibly peaceful. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, listening to the sound of the ocean, and ended our evenings with drinks while watching the sunset-absolutely perfect. Kristi went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations for dining and shopping, which added so much to our experience. What truly stood out was her exceptional service and communication. She helped make our anniversary extra special by recommending a local florist-my wife loved the arrangement! And when a minor bathroom issue came up during our stay, she addressed it promptly and professionally, ensuring it didn’t disrupt our trip. We truly appreciated your hospitality and can’t wait to come back!

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was so perfect. The view of the gulf from the couch was a nice touch. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect! Communication from the owners was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Jill was very kind and accommodating during our entire stay. Her place is beautiful and so peaceful. Very close to local attractions, safe, and secure. We loved it. :)

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

Everything was a 10/10….From the house to the area…I really enjoyed the complimentary activities!I would definitely stay here again!No complaints wts so ever!🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very impressed with how clean and tidy the unit was. I can tell they put a lot of thought into the smaller things that u may have forgotten. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, olive oil, and coffee. They even had a purifying water pitcher which was nice, we always bring our own. The location is great, we have stayed at other units in this building and just love it. Our two pups had a great time and we would absolutely stay here again. Raeanna was very quick to respond to us as well for any questions! We had dinner at The View in Windmark one evening and it was great for upscale dining. The patio upstairs and downstairs are both dog friendly! The Windmark area is beautiful and close for coffee, ice cream, and pizza.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

Our stay here was ideal. The unit was clean and well equipped. Thomas sent instructions promptly before arrival and checked on us after arrival. Would consider staying again.

Our stay was fantastic. the reservation was last minute and Lynn responded almost immediately with details and helping guide us through everything from parking to checking in. inside you have the basics and everything was clean and presentable. We loved staying at Lisa’s condo! It’s exactly as pictured - modern, clean, comfortable, and it even smells fresh and inviting when you walk in. The digital locks made check-in and access super easy, no keys to keep track of, which was a nice bonus. Being on the ground floor was also a big plus. No stairs or elevators to deal with, and parking is right outside either the front or back door, making it super convenient for unloading luggage or beach gear. The location is fantastic! Beach access #7 is just a short stroll away, less than a 2-minute walk with no busy streets to cross, which made it feel safe and easy. We also loved being close to Schooners beachfront restaurant, just a few blocks away with a fun volleyball court out front. Lisa is a fantastic host. We were arriving a bit early, and Lisa was kind enough to have the condo ready for us so we could check in ahead of time. She was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you Lisa!

We completely enjoyed our stay! Our condo served our needs well and was very centrally located to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was clear and fast!
