Beachfront holiday rentals in Saint Joseph Bay

We loved our stay at Port St.Joe. This was our first time to this area and it was like we had our own private beach. I have never seen so many sea shells. I was alittle worried about some of the reviews, but the house was just fine. It is directly on the beach and was clean and comfortable. If you have the chance to visit the State Park in Cape San Blas please rent kayaks and paddle in the Bay Area. Best money you can spend. The water is shallow and clear and beautiful. We will definitely be back and will rent this place again. The location was perfect and views were amazing! We spent most of our time on the covered deck. Best naps ever. My only regret is not staying longer!

My son and his family stayed here and had 7 children ages 13-newborn. It was perfect for everyone. The screened in porch allowed adults to sit and watch the kiddos play on the beach. The porch was close enough that the children could hear adults if we were speaking to them. The kitchen offered everything we needed. We had no issue with WiFi. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay. Had an issue that quickly resolved. The location is a block from the lagoon and an easy walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. If bringing your pet, beach access #5 you can take your dog for a walk on the beach and there’s restrooms and free parking. 3 min drive or about a 12 min walk. Youcan also bring Fido to St. Andrews park but not allowed on the beach. There was a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella and beach towels

This was a nice home. We especially found the elevator handy for my disabled husband. There was plenty of seating for all of us. Beach chairs and toys came in handy as well.

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Great location. Beach gear provided is an excellent bonus. Parking and space was no problem. Very clean. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Easily slept 7.

Had a great stay, close to the beach with beach chairs, towels, beach toys. We ate in all but one evening.. beach view is amazing.

This was the perfect quick getaway for our family with small children. Our toddlers loved the pirate ship and the pool was perfect for our older ones. The location was close enough to the beach to walk and in a lower traffics area than many other places. There’s a cute little coffee shop at the entrance of the neighborhood that added a nice perk. Everything was as advertised and having all of the beach supplies to use was a great bonus. We would stay here again. Only downside was we did not have the option to use the golf cart while staying 😅

Mark was very responsive if I had any questions. His place was just as described and was very easy to get to and check in to. It’s right next door to schooners so you could walk next door for food or drinks.

Amazing location! Short distance to the beach and across the road we could put in our kayaks. Will definitely be back to this area.

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

We came here for a relaxing bachelorette party where we could do beach activities and visit some bars. It was perfect!

Amazing place and perfect for any type of getaway. Very close to beaches and multiple walkable restaurants. Her place is perfect for a big group and comfortably sleeps everyone. Great spacious patio to sit out on during the day and enjoy the sun. I would recommend to anybody looking to visit Panama City Beach.

We had a great time staying in Port St Joe. Great local restaurants and lovely local people and tourists alike. The beach was not crowded and a short walk away though off of a fairly busy road. A golf cart rental would make that journey a lot easier if traveling with young kids. We would definitely come back.

Kelli’s place had everything our family of four was looking for. The place has wonderful beach and ocean views, it was clean, had a great layout, and most of all we felt safe and comfy. She has a lot of appliances so we were able to grab groceries and still eat at “home”. Our girls are older but there were baby gear items which was so sweet. The condo association here has some toy bins right at the beach access and people seem to just leave shovels, balls, and boogie boards and things when they are done with them. I’m pretty sure we’re booking this place again soon for next year just to make sure we have it again, and I’ve already told my sister this is the place to book if she visits the area! Overall, we felt like our host was thoughtful and took pride in her home; we were well taken care of.

Perfect stay. Very short walk to the beach and close to everything but still private on the beach. Never crowded. House was beautiful and way bigger than the photos look. Pool was great (and heated!), we swam every night. Has everything you could need minus your groceries and clothing. (Linens, pots and pans, coffee pot, beach gear, baby supplies, even a welcome kit with basic cleaning supplies and swim goggles for the kids) There were the comfiest king beds. The kids loft was so great for some entertainment after a long day on the beach. Overall the most family friendly place I’ve seen so far. We will absolutely be back.

Great place to stay. Super easy to find, short walk to the beach, close to some good bars and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed, rooms were setup great, bathrooms were all very clean.

The house was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. The ice maker and blender were a huge plus. All of the extras in the house were very much appreciated too. We did bring our own cooler and used it daily, a cooler on site would have been nice if we had flown in. One of the bedrooms did not have a t.v., nor did the bedroom in in-law suite. That put a bit of a damper on things cause my daughter had the room with no t.v. so she was always in the in-law suite watching t.v. and since their wasn't a t.v. in the in-law suite bedroom, I never got to chill just watching t.v. So I would definitely put two more t.v.s in the rooms. I know alot of people don't watch t.v. on vacation, but in the evenings, my does. I would still stay here again though. And the golf cart, the biggest plus of all!! Most places charge more for this amenity, these amazing hosts do not!!

Beautiful and well kept property. The golf cart was very convenient. The private beach was amazing. We didn’t use the pools but they look very clean and well maintained. This property is inside a gated community and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an incredibly time.

Great place to stay for families! We absolutely loved it and the kids didn’t want to leave. It was spacious, clean, private, convenient, and had everything we needed and more. This will be our go to if ever in the area again!

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place! The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than check in time so that was a huge plus for us! This home is so close to everything and our kids loved it!
