L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Notre gite est une petite maison de ville de 70 m2 située à la campagne, au cœur du Périgord noir tout au bord de la Dordogne. A 1 km, le village de St Julien de Lampon vous apportera toute ses commodités avec ses commerces de proximité. Sarlat se trouve à 15 mn, Rocamadour, Padirac, Domme, La grotte de Lascaux, Les Eyzies entre 30 et 50 mn. Pêcheurs, randonneurs à vélo, en canoé ou a pied, gastronomes ou visiteurs d'une des plus belles régions au monde, ce logement vous ira comme un gant.

Charmante maison de bourg en Périgord Noir

Venez vous dépayser dans cette ancienne maison de 200 ans baptisé RUBIX. Cette jolie demeure de 130 m2 est située en plein centre bourg de Carlux: entre l'église du XIV siècle et le château du XI siècle. Vous serez à 20 min de Sarlat, ville médiévale du Périgord Noir et à 15 min de Souillac dans le Lot. Vous trouverez la rivière Dordogne à 2km, la Vezere un peu plus loin, les châteaux et villages réputés de la vallée de la Dordogne à qq km de plus.

River View Cottage (Gite), airconditioned and overlooking the Dordogne Valley with river views offers one ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. Additionally there is a separate lounge dining area with a newly installed fully fitted kitchen. There is a private terrace deck with views over the Dordogne Valley and river. The cottage is equipped with a gas BBQ and dinning area. The cottage has access to the shared swimming pool (open June to October).

In December of 2021, we visited our favorite of the Plus Beaux Villages and loved our Airbnb rental so much we bought it! We are entering our fifth year of hosting and are very fortunate to have a wonderful property manager who shares our vision for an ideal holiday rental. Location, comfort and amenities.
