Villa holiday rentals in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse

Listing was as described. Stéphanie greeted us with cold drinks in the fridge and a big smile 😊 The accommodation is very well located 10/15 min drive from Barcarès and about 1/2 hour from many other seaside resorts. The air-conditioned house and quiet pool were welcome after a few sightseeing tours. The only small downside was that it was missing maybe some dishes but this is a very small detail reported to Stéphanie. Thank you for the beautiful stay that allowed us to enjoy it. We recommend this home without any problems.

Very nice little house, very nice pool and terrace, charcoal barbecue to enjoy beautiful quiet evenings. The house is in a small hamlet about ten minutes from the nearest shops, we really enjoyed the calm and the surrounding landscapes. The house is brand new, well-equipped and very clean. Nathalie was very kind, always responsive, our stay was really excellent.

Great home in a cute little town. The backyard is HUGE and gave us a really amazing experience. There are 3-4 outdoor dining areas that can accommodate a lot of people. The hosts communicate quickly. Overall would highly recommend for groups.

Pierrick was kind, considerate and welcoming. The place was very clean, bright, fully functional and comfortable. A real pleasure to have met Pierrick and to have been able to enjoy his accommodation.

Very good stay at Nicolas and Lucie's as described and close to Carcassonne. A place particularly suitable for families with a large clean and well-equipped house, the pool and playground. Games available for our children as well as a baby bed, a high chair, a well-equipped children's bathroom etc... There are good shops around. The location in direct proximity to Carcassonne is great. Our children enjoyed the daily visit of the adorable family cat and the presence of the small turtle and fish. Another plus: the pool with an essential safety fence with small children. We felt safe, quiet and close to everything at the same time. Nicolas and Sophie are responsive in messages, we appreciated their welcome as well as their little touches. Thanks for the welcome. So I would recommend this house for all the reasons I mentioned.

The white villa what charm! we appreciated our stay and the services offered. The villa is ideally located. We were very well hosted by Jean, who is friendly and attentive. We haven't said anything about this stay. We will be back for a longer period of time, for sure!

The house is really quiet, functional and really well placed to enjoy the beach , children's play areas, skate park. Kids also really enjoyed the heated pool!! A real plus . A very charming house in a spectacular setting. Very well located to explore Carcassonne, Narbonne and several beautiful villages in the area. The place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect to relax. We came from a family trip and felt right at home.

We absolutely loved our stay in Neffies - the house was perfect for our multi-generational holiday with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and it was also incredibly well equipped. Heidi and Steve were welcoming and responsive property managers. There is lots to do in the area and the village itself has 3 fab reataurants. We couldn't have asked for more.

our stay with Inne was perfect. A huge house, incredibly clean with everything you need. Bedding of cleanliness and comfort worthy of the hotel and the billiards table won us over...Our host was responsive to our requests and recommended the neighboring restaurant where we enjoyed ourselves. Mark was very responsive and helpful. We have been very at ease in the house, it is big and very comfortable. In the summer if it should be ok with the pool!

A perfect house for a quiet and relaxing stay. Lovely pool & jacuzzi. Airco in the bedrooms is very pleasant. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment. Everything is actually present to make you feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Capitelle.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The house is comfortable. The exteriors, both for the garden and for the pool are very well appointed and very pleasant. The area is quiet and peaceful, close to all amenities. The location is ideal for relaxing and/or visiting the area. Julien was always very available, very accommodating and attentive to guide us in our searches (places to visit, restaurants,...). The welcome on site will remain for us "5 stars" due to delicate touches throughout our stay (fresh figs, tomatoes, zucchini, etc.), not to mention some cold drinks to welcome us upon arrival. A perfect villa in a great location and great comms from the host. We met Emma Jane at the villa but we also had the option of just picking up the key onsite. The response time before and during our stay was excellent and went out of her way to help. The villa itself excellent - really clean and the layout and space was perfect for our group. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and there was alot of inside space, the beds were very comfortable and despite being very hot in August the shutters on the windows helped hugely. We spent alot of time on the balcony area with seating for 6 for dining. right next to the kitchen and was a perfect space for French breakfasts. The BBQ area is a great bonus. The pool was a pretty big and great depth for both adults (chest height) and kids with loungers and sunshades available. The village was lovely aswell with a walkable bakery and bar and the region is perfect with plenty to do. Would definitely stay again and difficult to find fault with the experience

Well placed house a few minutes from Lake Vinca, quite rustic but well equipped and, the big plus, a private pool for children!
