The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

If I am unable to do so, I will send you the address to collect the keys.

Not to mention the Brière Regional Park I will make myself available for any questions and advice during your stay.

Guérande Peninsula

In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. A 180 x 200 bed upstairs and a 160 x 200 sofa bed downstairs. Bathroom with disabled standards.

You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.

Stay at the castle, with family or friends

A studio, comprising bedroom, bathroom (shower and sink), kitchenette and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th to 18th century) in a quiet, flowery and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path. You will have a second bedroom adjoining the studio, with two single beds, which you can see in the photos. A folding crib is available. the beds are made upon arrival.

This lovely cottage located in the heart of La Brière can accommodate 4 people and up to 6 on an ad-hoc basis. It is 2 km from the city center, 15 km from the seaside and 20 minutes from La Baule. La Brière, a regional park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, in order to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.
