My accommodation is 800 m from the beach near shops near shops and 10 km from St Malo and the Rance Dam. It has parking . You will have the apartment on the ground floor with independent entrance, you will find TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, possibility of replacing with 2 single beds, bathrooms. In the gardens, tables, chairs and sun loungers are at your disposal.

Welcoming, warm,bright cottage

Pleasant cottage very close to Saint-Malo, the banks of the Rance, the AquaMalo aqualudic center. Close to shops and the town center, this cottage by its location in a cul-de-sac is very peaceful. Recently built, it has all of the necessary comforts. Equipped with a magnificent wooden terrace, the site also offers a parking space and is fully enclosed. Large windows ensure pleasant brightness and warmth.

An extension designed by an architect made it possible to enlarge the initial building and add a modern kitchen/dining room, giving full floor on a terrace with everything you need to enjoy it. 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom await you on the first floor. A large attic room is available on the second floor. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 people and possibly infants.
