The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

We liked to have it practical and functional, embedded in the cozy flair of past days and with love for some details. The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open screed. The small modern kitchen is located in the lower area. The game room is right next door. Outside in the seating area there is a grill and a fire pit where cozy evenings are spent.

Directly on the bike path, on the edge of the nature reserve and 4 km from Lake Constance, our cozy self-catering apartments are fully equipped, with everything you need to feel good - air conditioning, electric roller blinds, electric awning on the 15m² terrace, self-service shop with drinks, food, etc. Bikes for rent, underground parking and much more.

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
