Close to the 24-hour circuit (10 minutes by tram, the station being 8 minutes on foot), very nice townhouse with a large veranda opening onto a garden, with outdoor fireplace and SPA. The house includes 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be joined to form a queen bed, two bedrooms with a double bed. Le Perche, haven of peace in a green setting

Welcome to Le Perche. The house is located in the Golden Triangle of Le Perche, in a village located a few minutes drive from Bellême. The house has a lot of character: this is the village's former grocery store reunited with the former farrier's workshop. With a street-side access, the house overlooks a peaceful 8000 m2 green setting. The layout is ideal for stays for kids friendly, for families or stays with friends.

Mancelle Zola • Patio with HOT TUB

Welcome to my charming Mancelle with its original materials, which has a welcoming garden at the front and a relaxing patio at the back with a Jacuzzi; a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen; as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Close to the train station (9 min.), a tram stop (3 min.) and shops, (5 min.) you can fully enjoy your stay in Le Mans, independently in my personal accommodation.

Peaceful and rural with hot tub & garden

Located on the Mayenne/Sarthe border in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Alpes Mancelles, the house offers couples, families and friends a place to relax and enjoy nature. With plenty of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Enjoy the swimming pool (June-Sept, weather permitting) wood fired jacuzzi (open all year), games barn, large gardens and gaze at the magnificent dark night skies.
