You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Beautiful 18th century Farmhouse completely renovated on a 4Ha property. Surrounded by fields and forests, our house is set in an exceptional environment. Absolute calm guaranteed. Heated swimming pool except in winter and secure (15 m x 4 m), petanque court, ping pong table, swings, trampoline, badminton, volleyball and access to the village tennis court 1.5 km away.

The check-in and check-out times can be varied depending on the bookings. Two rooms with a 140 x 190 bed, in a quiet location with a swimming pool, terrace and barbecue. Shops are nearby, and you are 20 km from Le Mans. There is a motorway exit at Connerré, which is 2 km from the house. You have the whole house. Parking is in my driveway or in front of the house.
