Terrace and enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and 4 armchairs, hammock, indoor pool shared with my other cottage HEATED to about 25°C until the end of September (10 m x 5 m). Ping pong table, swings... Beautiful living room, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds redone in 2021, shower room with toilet. Parking space in front of the cottage. Private access.

You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.

You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
