A private terrace with panoramic views of the city, monuments, the Dordogne valley, castles and prestigious vineyards. 15 minutes from Libourne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Atlantic Coast. 2 steps from local shops, restaurants, entertainment and public car parks. It is suitable for all types of travellers (tourism/business)

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Fully fenced and shaded garden, easy parking for several vehicles. + 1 open garage. Possibility of walk to the family pond 500 m away by path. But also "La Maison d'Augusta" cottage 250 m from 12 beds accessible by the same path.
