Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Ancient Mill with Beautiful Lake and Streams

A beautiful ancient 12th century Mill, in the National Park of the Perigord Vert. It has its own peaceful setting and it sits next to its own lake. The Mill is located on a walking trail which is 40km long, simply open the back gate and you are on the trail. The location is tranquil, but it’s ideally located 10 minutes from the leisure lake at Saint Saud, 25 minutes from Brantome and 45 minutes from Limoge airport. The main part of the Mill was built in 1153 to serve the Peyrouse Abbey.
