The Coquillette house is located in the heart of the commune of St Martin, a stone's throw from its port, its market and restaurants, and its shopping streets. You will discover this as you venture into Rue Mérindot, a flower-filled street with typical Rétais charm. Formerly the 'Le Pot de Vinière' restaurant until 1955, the property has been family-run since then. Keen to preserve the house's old-world charm, the owners had it fully renovated in 2021.

À 3 minutes du marché, où vous pouvez vous régaler avec tous les produits de l'île et après rafraichissez vous avec une glace artisanale de La Martinière au bord du port.

Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets.
