Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Intra-muros, small Ile de Ré nest with private courtyard of 18 m², enclosed by high walls and a gate (tranquility assured) is close to everything. You'll find plenty to enjoy and take a well-deserved rest. Our accommodation is particularly suitable for a couple with 2 children. We welcome you to this charming studio in the heart of Sainte Marie de Ré, close to amenities and located 800 m from the first beaches. Approximately 22 m2, it is totally independent, recently and completely renovated. Around 2 outdoor spaces (awning and south-facing courtyard) you will have a bathroom and a kitchen - living room - bedroom. The storage bed (160x200) is made on arrival and towels are provided!

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.
