The house is located in a dead end, away from the road with private garage and enclosed wooded land 5 minutes walk from the shops of the city center. The place is very quiet, ideal location in the heart of Pays de Ronsard. Close to Châteaux de La Loire, Château de La Possonière 10 minutes by car.

Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

My house is a troglodyte, the garden overlooks the village and offers breathtaking views of the castle and the 11th century church. It offers tranquility, freshness (20°C all year round regardless of the outside temperature). It's the perfect place to disconnect. All my equipment will be at your disposal as well as my video projector (Chromecast, DVD, HDMI cable). I'll be flexible on schedules. :)

Directly on the banks of the Loir, a wellness area with a 4-seater Finnish sauna, a 2-seater whirlpool bath with hydromassage and air bubbles, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a private shower.
