Le Petit Boucheron

On a plateau overlooking 120ha meadows and groves the sheep farm of Le Boucheron is located 15 km south of Limoges. This is the oldest house on the estate that has been renovated to make it a cozy and very comfortable cottage with 4 bedrooms en suite. The house opens on one level to a shaded lawn lot. It has an 8x4m swimming pool, heated, private, open from May to September, a 60m2 terrace with a covered part. On the site another gite can accommodate 15 people.

An independent cottage of great comfort for 4 to 6 people, with covered pool, is nestled behind the half-timberings in an old enamel mill on an islet of the Vienne. The cottage located on the water, in the old porcelain pasta dryers of the 13th century Daumail mill is secluded and without shared ownership. It is accessed from the ground floor through an extensive covered terrace and a walkway. peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

The studio is an expansion of our house, it is separated by a dining room that we do not use when the studio is rented, with a locked door. At the gates of PNR Périgord-Limousin, located in a cul-de-sac including 3 dwellings, the path continues for 300m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, tobacco bar, grocery store and bakery, pizza machine and children's playground 4 min away, all shops 10 min away (Aixe sur Vienne or Chalus).

Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
