House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live on the property, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and have no overlooking neighbours. Very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (petanque, basketball, football, zip line, trampoline, swing, play castle, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Located a 10-minute walk from the city centre, the basilica, restaurants and the Provençal market (on Wednesdays), and a 3-minute walk from all shops. Ideal location to drop off your bags and discover the region: Mont Sainte-Victoire 30 minutes, Aix-en-Provence 35 minutes, Grotte Marie-Madeleine 40 minutes, Gorges Basses du Verdon 1 hour. Pets allowed if good agreement with cat and dog . Private parking in front of the studio.
