To eat, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a brand new kitchen. The wooded garden will offer you long moments of relaxation.

Houses/gite in the countryside

The property is quiet, in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from Lake Guerlédan, in central Brittany, 1 hour from all the Breton coasts. It consists of 3 old buildings around a courtyard and in a large wooded lot. The dwelling house and the former stable have kept their original simplicity. They can each accommodate 6 people. The living room of the stable allows you to eat at 12. The old stable is converted into a games room and storage of bicycles and outdoor games.

Located in a charming town of Côtes d'Armor, the Lamandé gîte will allow you to have a pleasant stay with family or friends. In addition to its many amenities , the cottage is very well located to allow you to visit the whole of Brittany during your stay. Indeed, it is 25 minutes from the nearest beaches, and around 1 hr/1 hr 30 min from the most beautiful sites of Brittany (Saint-Malo, the Pink Granite Coast, Carnac, the Island of Bréhat...). Our accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers, and good for big groups. Large enclosed outdoor area: (+garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). Many sports activities are possible nearby (hiking, horseback riding, tennis, cycling on the towpath along the canal from Nantes to Brest ...). Our accommodation is close to the beach (about 1 hour) and different activities suitable for families (amusement parks, tree climbs...)

10-person cottage with heated indoor pool

In the Côtes d'Armor, come and enjoy our house (sleeps 10) with its private indoor pool heated all year round. 6 km from Quintin (3rd Favorite French Village in 2022), 30 km from the sea, put down your suitcases and relax! You can also walk the many hiking loops that run through this area. For stays of at least 7 nights, the beds are made on arrival and bath linen is provided! (a deposit of €1,500 is required at check-in)
