Bois Réotier Cottage

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

The accommodation consists of different spaces on two levels with 2 bedrooms, a bright living/dining room, two bathrooms, 2 toilets and an equipped kitchen. Free parking space 150 m away and walking distance. Free shuttle nearby.

Accommodation only consisting of a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with 3-drawer dresser, a bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, an equipped kitchen (oven/combined microwave, induction stove, range hood, coffee maker, dishes). Living area (with sofa bed) giving access to the outside (relaxation area with two sun loungers). Situated on the municipality of Ponsonnas, in 850 m of height, 1 km from La Mure (38), between Grenoble and Gap, on the Napoleon route, on the edge of the Ecrins National park, this house benefits from exceptional environment and panorama. many summer and winter activities await you nearby (many lakes, bungee jumping, mountain hiking, skiing). Those who will prefer to stay at home will find a quiet, comfortable, cosy and friendly space.

New, modern and cozy accommodation. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with 3 children. It has 2 bedrooms with shower room, a large living room with kitchen, a mezzanine with TV area and a terrace with Nordic bath in free and private access. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. The chalet is located in the hamlet of Marches, 3 km from the resort. We provide covered parking in the center of the resort.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
