House 100 meters from the sea, a few cables from a landscaped park (fishing possibility) close to a skate park, walking tour as well as cycling,scooter ,rollerblading. Safe waterfront for all these activities. The city center is close with a Tuesday, Friday Saturday Sunday market. Possibility to visit a submarine, an underwater base, a panoramic terrace as well as a museum tracing the time of the Transatlantics. Let's not forget that the Baule and Brière are 15 km away

If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
