This cosy 52sqm apartment features a bedroom with twin beds, an open living/kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed, and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 guests, it can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed. The living room boasts a dining table, sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV, while free wifi is available throughout. The bathroom includes a full-sized bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a cooker/oven, large fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Step outside onto the large, private furnished balcony overlooking the iconic Staubbach falls and meadow, with a tranquil stream below. This is a cosy apartment perfect for families or groups of friends. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen open on the living room. We can accommodate up to 6 people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Apls and on the valley. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center and 5 minutes by car to the ski lifts. This rent is done directly to me, the landlord. Board games, children games, books, comic books, video tapes and a Chromecast are at your disposal.
