You will enjoy the shops on the main street, the diverse Saturday morning market and the breathtaking view of Mont-Dol over the bay of Mont Saint-Michel.

The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with terrace with unobstructed sea views. On the 2nd floor with elevator Private beach access within the residence, and close to the village of Saint Pair sur Mer You can forget about the car during your stay, everything is within walking distance. Guests can park their car in the garage in the basement or in the few spaces offered in front of the residence or in the parking lot facing the roundabout a little higher.

3 nights minimum Small fisherman's house completely renovated. Surrounded by uninhabited outbuildings and shared ownership. Large private garden with trees not overlooked. This little house is suitable for a couple only. The miller's ladder leading to the attic room (from where you can see the sea) is absolutely not suitable for the elderly or children. Only 5-star profiles will be accepted Small dogs accepted on request. No cats.

Located within walking distance to Gavray, you will enjoy this small town full of unique shops(3 bakeries, 2 grocery stores, 1 butcher, gas station, restaurants…) and its Saturday’s farmers market. Gavray is well centralized. The Mont Saint Michel is about 45 minutes away, the D day beaches are about 1 hour away and Granville is 20 minutes away.

Welcome to 'La Jolie Petite Maison' our charming, recently renovated 18th century cottage, set in half acre of garden with views of the hills. The garden has an allocated space for alfresco dining. We have a child friendly garden with an enclosed splash pool (seasonal) and patio area, play area with swings, a football net, and facilities to play badminton. *Please note the splash pool is not heated*
