This rather rare corner with terrace, shady garden and heated pool awaits you. The pool will be shared with the owners. The accommodation: a bedroom with a 160 bed, a desk with wardrobe and closet, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living/dining room with 120 sofa bed, TV and pellet stove.

Panoramic view of the Guil Gorge and the Fort of Mont Dauphin (UNESCO classified). Ski resorts: Risoul 1850 25 min, Vars 30 min. South-facing, sunny terrace. Beautiful hike at the foot of the house.

Superb apartment.

Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the small village of Saint-Marcellin, breathtaking views of the mountains. Fully equipped accommodation, reserved parking space. Closed room, possibility to put bikes or other items. Possibility to eat out. Shops nearby. Embrun train station is a 20-minute drive. Savine-le-Lac is a 30-minute drive away. Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

Winter and summer, you will enjoy various activities (water sports, Nordic sports, mountain biking, hiking) Close to restaurants, market, shops... Quiet residence with private parking, forest, petanque court and barbecue. We leave at your disposal a private storage room. Linens not provided. The cleaning will be entirely up to you.

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.
