Spacious apartment (90m2) and very bright Beautiful view of the mountains, facing south. On the 1st floor of a renovated family house, close to the city center and all shops. New: Welcome bike in the basement of the house with the necessary equipment. 15min from St Pierre de Chartreuse, 20min from St Hugues: family ski resorts, cross-country skiing, snowshoes, trekking, hiking... Possibility to rent also the gite of the ground floor (reference: Chez Yvonne) for a total of 12 people max.

We are in the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park where nature lovers will delight.
