This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 35 minutes from the island of Oléron, 15 minutes from Saintes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from Fouras or Chatelaillon Plage. Everything is new, up to standard, and secluded. Everything is very clean. 350m2 garden, garden furniture with parking space, PAC Air water. For short stays, we will not provide sheets and towels for stays of up to 3 nights. In winter, for heating we ask for 5 euros per day.
