This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 35 minutes from the island of Oléron, 15 minutes from Saintes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from Fouras or Chatelaillon Plage. Everything is new, up to standard, and secluded. Everything is very clean. 350m2 garden, garden furniture with parking space, PAC Air water. For short stays, we will not provide sheets and towels for stays of up to 3 nights. Regarding heating, we charge €5 per day.

You will be in the countryside in a small hamlet near the Château de la Rochetourbon (20 min walk), Château de Crazanes (10 min drive), Saintes (20 min drive), Rochefort (30 min), La Rochelle and Royan 45 min.
