Renowned as one of the most beautiful places on the Côte d'Azur La Petite Léontine was renovated in 2023 and decorated according to our inspirations related to our trips to the islands. Its green and quiet garden benefits from a water source.

Located in the heart of Saint Raphael, a 5-minute walk from the train station, and 10 minutes from the beaches and the port, this pleasant 62 m² apartment will offer you all the comforts you need for your stay. Located on the second floor (no elevator), with views of the Templar church of old Saint Raphael. You will have all amenities nearby, bakery, City supermarket etc... If you are coming by car, the nearest parking is CAGNAT parking, less than 100 m away (see photos).

This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...
