All rooms have AC The villa is in a quiet area of Boulouris and close to all amenities and the beaches. The villa is perfect for a holiday or long stay. Spacious and calm. Pool is heated from March to end of October on request.

Charmant F2 mansardé de 39m2 au sol avec chambre séparée. Appartement très cosy, climatisé et très lumineux. La situation est idéale en plein cœur de saint Raphaël dans l'une des seules rues piétonnes du centre ville (sans bruits et nuisances de circulation) à 1 min de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants, du marché, marché nocturne, taxi , gare TGV, loueurs de voiture etc... Possibilité de parking sur demande pour 10€ jour selon disponibilité.
