It is quietly located in a small town between Royan and Saintes. You can enjoy a house not overlooked in a rural environment but close to everything: 20 kms from Royan and 20 kms from Saintes and 10 kms from the spa town of Saujon. A vehicle is essential as the house is not in the village.
