Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

House located in Veyrac, old stone farmhouse at the end of the 19th century. The house sits in a secluded property in a one hectare wooded park, surrounded by woods. -4/5 people - Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and a pellet stove + 1 bathroom and toilet. - First floor: 2 bedrooms. The 1st equipped with a double bed. The second is equipped with a single bed and a double bed. The sheets are provided and the beds are made. Towels are not provided.

The quality layout ensures a pleasant stay in this holiday home, on one level with 1 living room with large screen TV, fibre BOX, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, terrace, plancha, boules pitch, parking. The gîte is open all year round, it is well insulated, heated and comfortable. This accommodation has some accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
