Catherine was very lovely and provided everything needed for a lovely stay. She provided a simple, but tasty, breakfast and provided a map with recommended walking spots. She was also very quick to respond when I was having trouble with the door on the first night and even offered to come help. Overall a lovely place to wake up in every morning.

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment, it is located a stone's throw from the city center and the banks of the Erdre The explanations for accessing the home were very clear. Very responsive and attentive host, I highly recommend. See you very soon Samantha.

Very spacious accommodation, there were 4 of us and each had their own space. Well equipped and easy to park on the street. Recommended

What a gift it was to stay in Benoit’s beautiful home and have the opportunity to meet him. Such a great guy. The home is so peaceful, comfortable and well-stocked. Although groceries, a bakery and a lunch takeout restaurant were only a block away, the house felt very private and quiet. The back yard is so green and lush, it really gives you a sense of being in the country. Benoit gave us so much helpful information and answered any questions immediately. We will definitely return and highly recommend this lovely home.

My parents had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location is really great, and the place was clean when they arrived. The host was very responsive, especially when they had a problem opening the door, he responded immediately, which is very appreciated. There was indeed a slight stale smell, as mentioned in a previous review, but nothing prohibitive either. Overall a good stay, thank you again for hosting us!

Fantastic week at the home of Jean Pierre and Charlotte. You will have everything you need and more and the pics do not do the house justice. 2 doubles have their own toilet and bathroom and another double the same. Then upstairs is another double and 2 singles, again with bathroom. Loads of room for socialising and having a pool and beautiful garden a bonus!! Thank you Jean Pierre and Charlotte for letting us use your home. We will be back!
