Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

Edith was an amazing host….highly responsive…when we arrived there was water leaking from the lights over the counter from upstairs ..responded quickly on how to turn the water off as well as arrived quickly to inspect and clean up/repair. She also quickly informed other tenants we were there to ensure outside gate was left open for us. Apartment well equipped including kitchen. Location was amazing with beautiful views and easy to access local restaurants, ramparts and shops via walking . Easy bus access to train station. Our friends who live in St Malo and Vienne were very impressed. Great collection of guides to Bretagne as well as history . We would definitely return on our next trip to St Malo.

The apartment is as described. It is quiet, clean and nice. Its courtyard behind is very convenient to park the car (narrow alley before!)

Virginia's place is as described in the listing. At first we were sad to have to pay such an amount for cleaning and not for an extra night in Saint Malo but really it's worth it. Not having to clean on such a short stay saved us time to enjoy the really peaceful and green environment nearby. Thanks to Virginia who is responsive and was able to adapt to our late check-in schedule following traffic and a last-minute unexpected event related to my partner's work. We'll be there again.

We had a lovely stay at Aurélien's beautiful apartment, nothing is missing. The view is superb, and we were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus with the Easter sun! Aurélien is very friendly and pleasant, we will be happy to come back for other walks nearby.

Thank you so much for your welcome. The accommodation is well located, easy parking close by. Has the minimum daily requirements. Maybe there's a lack of insulation between apartments. Street so if the window is open, you can hear traffic. But I quickly abstained because the beach is just around the corner and the purpose of my stay was not to stay at the apartment. I will come back without hesitation.

It's been the 2nd year we stayed at François's place, it's a real pleasure to come back, the accommodation is functional, very comfortable, well located in the St Servan neighborhood where everything can be done on foot, intramuros easily accessible on foot too. Private parking space, an undeniable bonus. François is a very welcoming host, he is attentive to his tenants and responsive if needed. We sincerely hope to come back next year.

We had a great time in this apartment with very neat decoration,( the dishes are very beautiful🤩) and we were very sensitive to it. Besides, We found that the photos do not show thanks to the apartment, it is very clear and located in front of the Rance, no vis-à-vis! We wake up with bird chirping! Thank you very much to Sylvain, very friendly and accommodating.

We had a lovely stay at Celine and Philippe's. The accommodation is well located, there is even the possibility of walking to visit famous places in St Malo (Tour Solidor, Cité d 'Alet ...) The decor of the accommodation is great, the SPA/sauna are very appreciated! The communication with Celine and Philippe was very nice, they were responsive and available. We'll most likely spend a few days there again!

We had a pleasant weekend in a great studio, relaxing quiet. I would highly recommend it.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely stay in Stéphane's studio, quiet and soothing environment. It was totally what we expected. We were well received with a warm welcome from Stéphane and his spouse: an excellent and hearty dinner! We recommend it!
